Please RSVP to allow proper headcount and food order for Pebble Creek. ***Dinner refunds are available thru the 11:30 a.m., ONE WEEK BEFORE the event*** This is pre-paid dinner only. Please bring $10 CASH ONLY gift per guest to registration. Please indicate in the NOTES if: 1) there are any FOOD RESTRICTIONS (gluten free, allergy, dairy, vegetarian) 2) who you would like to sit with (ASSIGNED SEATING) - recommend all your friends list one person's name. HOW IT WORKS: Attendees are asked to give a minimum gift of $10 (CASH ONLY), which will be given to the honoree at the end of the evening. Dinner is an additional pre-paid charge ($31.50 + cc fees) which includes an appetizer, main entree and non-alcoholic beverage. A prize drawing is held the same evening for which tickets are sold: for $5. The prizes are gifted from our generous vendors and local community. At the end of the evening, the entire proceeds from the $10 gift bowl and prize drawing tickets are handed over to the evening's honoree. As nice as the money is, the feeling of support and community is what really makes a difference! If you bring a CHECK for the honoree's gift, please make it out to the HONOREE'S NAME. HOW RECIPIENTS ARE SELECTED***: During the dinner, attendees are invited to nominate and sponsor an honoree for the next dinner. The honoree for the next dinner is randomly drawn by the current honoree. The next dinner honoree is announced later that evening. Sponsors agree to provide a biography of their nominee and to provide prizes for the prize drawing and to help sell the prize drawing tickets at the next dinner. ***Recipient can be nominated multiple times, however, only one form per sponsor will be accepted. No duplicate forms will be accepted and Sponsor listed must be present. Please feel free to invite your friends and family for a fun night out, while helping a local woman who is going through or has suffered an irreplaceable loss. Men are welcome as well.
