Refund Policy
Event organizers set their own refund policies.
Before requesting a refund, first check the event listing to see if the event
organizer set a refund policy.
An example of a possible return policy:
No refunds within 48 hours of the start of an
event.
An event organizer may require proof of
purchase to complete your refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt
or proof of purchase. If your refund is approved by the event organizer, an
email will be sent to notify you, and a credit will automatically be applied to
your original method of payment.
Depending on your original method of payment, the time it may take for your credit to process may vary.
