Refund Policy

SOS fees are non-refundable. Users will be shown the non-refundable portion of their fees prior to checkout. Event organizers set their own refund policies for event tickets. Different tickets may carry different refund policies per event. Before requesting a refund, first check the event listing to see if the event organizer set defined a refund policy.

An example of a refund return policy:

  • No refunds within 48 hours of the start of an event.

Ticket holders may be asked to provide proof of purchase. Refunds are issued via the original payment method and may take up to 3-5 days to process.
