Alta Sierra & Buchanan Baseball Fundraiser

Tickets must be purchased in advance! You can reserve your ticket or a table on this site, or pay cash/Venmo/Check prior to 2/22/22. (contact Tara to make alternate payment arrangements) Tables seat 8. Add guest names for the table in the Notes section when making your reservation. If you don't know the names now, email them later to taraguent@aol.com The Silent Auction will be run on BID BEACON. Download the APP in the App Store, create an account, enter the invite code: 923KDK....or go to https://app.bidbeacon.com/invite/#923KDK and register with this auction. The auction will be available for bidding on February 20 and will close February 26 at 9:00PM. Set up your Bid Beacon account to send you "PUSH notifications" and stay updated. You will be able to view all the silent auction items, in person, at the dinner February 26, ALL silent auction bidding is done online. Live auction items will be auctioned at the dinner, LIVE. Accepted auction payments: cash, Venmo, or check (Buchanan Foundation). All items must be paid in full and picked up February 26. We are seeking dessert, silent, and live auction donations. All proceeds from the auction go directly to the baseball programs. We have sponsorships available for the dinner fundraiser. All sponsorship levels will receive their name listed in the evening program and a shout out on the Buchanan Baseball Twitter page. SPONSORSHIP LEVELS: “Perfect Game” Sponsor - $3,000 – Your company will be announced at home games, table for 8 at the fundraiser, two season tickets for 2022 Home varsity games (excludes tournaments and playoff games) & two hats “No Hitter” Sponsor - $2,000 – Two fundraiser dinner tickets, two season tickets for 2022 Home varsity games (excludes tournaments and playoff games), & two hats “Shut Out” Sponsor - $1,000 – Two fundraiser dinner tickets & two hats “Home Run” Sponsor - $500 – One fundraiser dinner ticket & a hat Donations/questions: Contact Tara (559)269-1173
