Join us in honoring our March Recipient, Amber Albertoni Your dinner includes entrée, tax and a small tip. ZERO FUNDS FROM THE DINNER ARE FOR THE RECIPIENT. RSVP to pay for your dinner at the SOS website. Reservations close May 11th at 9:30 pm or when maximum capacity is achieved. Paying for your dinner pays for your meal and secures you a seat at the dinner. NO WALK-INS will be allowed at the dinner. If this is your first HOW event, click “Create new account” then complete your reservations(s). There are step by step instructions on our newsletter. The deadline to RSVP, modify or cancel your tickets is Sunday, May 11th at 9:30 pm. How our dinners work. Helping One Woman (HOW) is based around a monthly “girls” night out, although everyone is welcome! Each month we honor a local woman who is experiencing an irreplaceable loss in her life, either herself or an immediate family member. We gather as friends, family and community at a local restaurant, share a meal and enjoy raffles prizes and silent auction. Each attendee is asked to gift $10 at the door for our recipient and 100% of all funds raised are presented to her at the end of the evening. As nice as the money is, the support given by family and community is what really makes a difference. At the close of the evening, the next month’s recipient will be nominated and randomly selected to be honored the following month. Zelle or Venmo will be available . We do not accept Debit or Credit cards since the funds raised go directly to our Recipient.
