Buchanan Baseball Annual Fundraiser 2024

Tickets must be purchased in advance! You can reserve your ticket or a table of 8 on this site, or pay cash or check prior to 2/2/22. (contact Ann (919) 389-2051 to make alternate payment arrangements). Add guest names for your table in the "Table Guests" section when making your reservation. The silent auction will be on 32Auctions and all bidding will be online. Details will be emailed to registered guests before the dinner. You will be able to view the silent auction items, in person, at the dinner February 10. Live auction items will be LIVE auctioned at the dinner. All items must be paid in full and picked up February 10. We have sponsorships available for the dinner fundraiser. All sponsorship levels will receive their name/business name in the evening program and recognition on Buchanan social media. “Perfect Game” Sponsor - $3,000 – Table for 8 with 16 drink tickets, 2 bottles of wine on the table at the fundraiser, your company will be recognized at home games, 2 hats & 2 season tickets for 2023 Home varsity games (excludes tournaments & playoffs) “No Hitter” Sponsor - $2,000 – Four fundraiser dinner tickets with 8 drink tickets, 2 hats & 2 season tickets for 2023 Home varsity games (excludes tournaments & playoffs) “Shut Out” Sponsor - $1,000 – Two fundraiser dinner tickets, 4 drink tickets and 2 hats “Home Run” Sponsor - $500 – Two fundraiser dinner tickets & 4 drink tickets Donations/questions: Contact Ann (919) 389-2051
