Dinner Details When: Wednesday, October 08 at 6:00pm (Doors open @ 5:30pm) Where: LOEL Center 105 S. Washington St Lodi HOW It Works: • You must RESERVE your seat & PREPAY for your meal in advance. Our dinner is catered by Guest Chef AnnMarie Reynolds. Dinner service is 6:15pm - 7:00pm, Dinner is open seating and RSVP deadline is Thursday, October 02 at 5:00pm. • Bringing guests? Buy a table of 8! If purchasing a table you must include guests names and dinner choices in the notes area. Or if an individual ADD ANOTHER TICKET for each guest. Important: Your dinner purchase does not include the recipient gift of $10 which is payable at the door. In order to have a reserved table, you must purchase a full table. • A $10.00 minimum monetary recipient gift is collected at the door, payable in cash, check or Venmo. Checks to be made payable to Amy Havens. • All monies collected are gifted on behalf of Amy. Questions: • Interested in contributing a prize drawing, auction item or dessert?
