Dinner Details When: Wednesday, April 10 at 6:00pm (Doors open @ 5:30pm) Where: LOEL Center 105 S. Washington St Lodi HOW It Works: • You must RESERVE your seat & PREPAY for your meal in advance. Our dinner is catered by Shelly Billberry. Dinner at 6:15pm, Dinner is open seating and RSVP deadline is Thursday, April 4 at 5:00pm. • Bringing guests? You can Now buy a table of 8! If purchasing a table you must include guests names and dinner choices in the notes area. Or if an individual ADD ANOTHER TICKET for each guest. Important: Your dinner purchase does not include the recipient gift of $10 which is payable at the door. Please include Email for each guest as we will be moving to an online auction forum soon. • A $10.00 minimum monetary recipient gift is collected at the door, payable in cash, check or Venmo. Checks to be made payable to Mandie Moore. • All monies collected are gifted on behalf of our recipient Mandie. Simply attend our HOW Dinner and complete a nomination form. One person may complete one nomination form per dinner, so bring friends!
