We Thank you for your support! Dinner Details When: Wednesday, January 14 at 6:00pm (Doors open @ 5:30pm) Where: The Moose - Lodi Lodge #634, 3824 E. Woodbridge Rd, Acampo HOW It Works: • You must RESERVE your seat & PREPAY for your meal in advance. Our dinner is catered by Shelly's Sugar Shak. Dinner service is 6:15pm - 7:00pm, Dinner is open seating and RSVP deadline is Thursday, December 18 at 5:00pm. • Bringing guests? Buy a table of 8! If purchasing a table, you must include guests' names and dinner choices in the notes area. Or if an individual ADD ANOTHER TICKET for each guest. Important: Your dinner purchase does not include the recipient gift of $10 which is payable at the door. In order to have a reserved table, you must purchase a full table. Place in notes section if you wish to sit with a friend. • A $10.00 minimum monetary recipient gift is collected at the door, payable in cash, check or Venmo. Checks to be made payable to Nicole Gross. • All monies collected are gifted on behalf of Nicole. Questions: • Interested in contributing a prize drawing, auction item or dessert? Simply attend our HOW Dinner and complete a nomination form. One person may complete one nomination form per dinner, so bring friends!
