HOW Clovis March Dinner 2022

*We will take reservations (and refunds) through Friday, March 18th at 3:00 pm. *You will register at www.mysosevent.com; select and pre-pay for your dinner(s). The event runs from 6:00 to about 8:15 pm. The silent auction is online and you will receive an invite via email prior to the event start date. *Dinner is $25.50 and attendees are expected to give a minimum gift of $10 for Alyssa at check-in (cash, Venmo, or check: payable to Alyssa Zepeda), which will be given to the recipient at the end of the evening. *ALL proceeds from the $10 gifts, raffle, and online auction are presented to the evening's recipient. As nice as the money is, the feeling of support and community is what really makes the difference. *Attendees are invited to nominate and sponsor a recipient for the next dinner. One nomination form per dinner purchased is allowed. The recipient for the next dinner is randomly drawn by the current recipient and will be announced at the end of the evening. If your nominee is chosen, you are the Sponsor for the next dinner. There are several responsibilities required of the sponsor so please ensure you are aware of these prior to nominating, as well as ensure your nominee qualifies for nominating. *Please note that contributions are not tax-deductible, but rather a gift, because 100% of the proceeds go directly to our recipient, Alyssa. *We will reserve tables for parties of 6 or more. Each person must buy a dinner ticket and then in the TICKET NOTES section, on the ticket purchasing site, add your table reservation information (provide table reservation name and names of everyone at the table). We are looking forward to bringing the community together and honoring Alyssa. Silent auction information will be shared via email and social media when it's available.
