HOW August Dinner Honoring Courtney Sandstrom

Please join us in honoring Courtney Sandstrom, for our August 23rd dinner. Courtney is a long term member of the Hollister Community and her son Rocky has Cerebral Palsy & Epilepsy, Rocky is due to have a procedure to determine which parts of his brain that are causing the seizures and then will have brain surgery to make his life better. RESERVATIONS** • Cost $30.00 Includes: Entrée, dessert, non-alcoholic beverage, tax & tip • Everyone must purchase a dinner/ticket in advance at www.mySOSevent.com • Reservations and refunds close the Sunday before the dinner at 6pm • Tables can be reserved for larger groups. Each person must buy a ticket, add the names of guests for your table, to the TICKET NOTES section of each reservation. HOW GIFT: Bring a $10 (or more) cash/check/Venmo gift for Courtney Details will be on social media before the dinner and emailed to those who made a reservation. RAFFLE tickets can be purchased at the dinner. *ALL money collected will be given to Courtney Sandstrom the night of the dinner. We only accept cash, check (payable to Courtney Sandstrom ), and Venmo. *Please note that contributions are not tax-deductible, but rather a gift, as 100% of the proceeds go directly to our recipient. The event is from 6:00 until about 8:15 pm. *Attendees are invited to nominate and sponsor a recipient for the next dinner. One nomination form per dinner purchased is allowed. The recipient for the next dinner is randomly drawn by the current recipient and will be announced at the end of the evening. If your nominee is chosen, you are the Sponsor for the next dinner. There are several responsibilities required of the sponsor so please ensure you are aware of these prior to nominating, as well as ensure your nominee qualifies for nominating.
