Event Reservations PLEASE READ ENTIRE EVENT INFORMATION • Cost $40.00 Includes: Entrée, non-alcoholic beverage, tax & tip • A $10 cash gift will be paid at the door given directly to Recipient/Honoree • Attendees must purchase dinner/ticket in advance at www.mySOSevent.com. • Please note that reservations and refunds will close the Sunday before the dinner at 11:59 PM. How to Gift Attendees are asked to bring a gift of $10 or MORE for Recipient/ Honoree. Gifts may be given in cash, by check, Zelle or through Venmo DIRECTLY to Honoree/Recipient. Silent Auction, Raffle Tickets and Dessert Table A silent auction will be conducted. Raffle tickets can be purchased at the dinner for raffle items and there will be a dessert table with ALL FUNDS directed to the honoree at the end of the evening. Accepted payment methods include cash, check (payable to Honoree/Recipient), Zelle and Venmo. Who Will Be The Next Recipient/Honoree? ****Attendees are invited to nominate and sponsor a recipient/honoree for the next dinner. One nomination form per paid guest. The recipient for the next dinner is randomly drawn by the current recipient and will be announced at the end of the evening. If your nominee is chosen, you are the Sponsor for the next dinner. There are several responsibilities required of the sponsor, so please ensure you are aware of these before nominating, and that your nominee qualifies for nomination.
