HOW Visalia Honoring Diane Rouse

We will take reservations through Monday, November 15th at 6:00 pm. You will register using mysosevent.com to reserve your seat. All meals and drinks will be purchased on your own in the Amigos dining room and brought into the banquet room. The event runs from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Amigos dining room closes at 8:00 pm and we try to be respectful to their staff. Please attend only the dinner that you have a ticket for. If you are unable to honor your reservation, we kindly ask that you please cancel your reservation to free up that seat for others. The silent auction is solely online and you will receive an invite via email prior to the event start date. If you are unable to attend the dinner and would like to participate in the silent auction, please send us a message at how.visaliachater@gmail.com or download the BidBeacon app and look for the HOW Visalia auction. Attendees are expected to give a minimum gift of $10 at check-in (cash or check: payable to Diane Rouse), which will be given to the recipient at the end of the evening. ALL proceeds from the $10 gifts, raffle, and online auction are presented to the evening's recipient. As nice as the money is, the feeling of support and community is what really makes the difference. Attendees are invited to nominate and sponsor a recipient for the next dinner. One nomination form per adult is allowed. The recipient for the next dinner is randomly drawn by the current recipient and will be announced at the end of the evening. If your nominee is chosen, you are the Sponsor for the next dinner. There are several responsibilities required of the sponsor so please ensure you are aware of these prior to nominating, as well as ensure your nominee qualifies for nominating. Please note that contributions are not tax-deductible, but rather a gift because 100% of the proceeds go directly to our recipient, Diane.
