PLEASE RSVP to ensure an accurate headcount and proper food arrangements at Pebble Creek. REFUND POLICY: Dinner refunds are available until 11:30 a.m., ONE WEEK BEFORE the dinner. After this deadline, dinners are non-refundable. Payments are processed through a third-party site and sent directly to the venue. If a guest cannot attend after the deadline, their dinner is offered to the waitlist, with payments going to the recipient since the venue has already been paid by the original guest. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: This is a pre-paid dinner only. Please bring a $10 CASH gift minimum per guest to registration. When making reservations, please include in the NOTES: 1. Any FOOD RESTRICTIONS (gluten-free, allergies, vegetarian). 2. SEATING PREFERENCES – All your friends should list ONE name for assigned seating. HOW IT WORKS: Guests are asked to bring a minimum $10 CASH GIFT, presented to the honoree at the end of the night. Dinner is pre-paid ($32 + fees), including a main entrée, dessert and non-alcoholic beverage (water or ice tea). PRIZE DRAWING & SILENT AUCTION: Prize drawing tickets are $5. Silent auction bidding is online at 32auction. Items are gifted by local vendors and the community. All proceeds from the $10 gift, prize drawing, and auction go to the honoree. HOW RECIPIENTS ARE SELECTED: Guests nominate and sponsor an honoree for the next dinner. The current honoree draws the next one. Sponsors provide a biography, gather items for the next prize drawing and auction, and are responsible for promoting the dinner to ensure max attendance. NOMINATION RULES: A recipient can be nominated multiple times, but only ONE FORM per sponsor.
